As wonderful and grand as London is, I suppose Manchester doesn't really stand a chance in comparison. Then again,
it's tough to find many compliments for this industrial city that lies in northern England. Not that we had a horrible time there.
The bottom line is that Manchester is quite drab and not very interesting, and there's really only one good reason to come here:
Manchester United.
That is a great excuse to come to this place, and if you do come to see the Red Devils, you'll be forced to spend at least a little
time here before you escape to the livlier parts of the country. I've included a few important details about getting here and away,
getting around, and the youth hostel. Most importantly, there's some info on Man U and what it takes to see them play at Old Trafford.
