Canadian Lynx

The first time I tried out my new 500mm lens was at Northwest Trek's wildlife center. As fate would have it, it rained most of the day, making for dark skies and poor light. After visiting this stubborn lynx twice earlier in the afternoon, I gave it one more shot before we left. The rain stopped, the cat finally came out and I got the shot.
