Meeting Our Hosts
Rules in Parc National Des Volcans stipulate that you must remain no less than 7 meters from the gorillas at all times. Unfortunately, the dense underbrush and confined spaces where the primates rest during the day often prevent the rules from being enforced. We all crowded together to get our shots from this distance, but soon the gorillas were approaching us... leaving us with no place to go.
