Serval
Leptailurus serval
We saw a few servals during the trip, but they were usually pretty far away. This shy cat didn't hang around the road for long when we saw it one morning in the Serengeti. It was already pretty far back in the grassland when it looked back into the rising sun for a brief moment and then moved on. See a mother serval nursing her cubs here.
