Great Gray Owl
Strix nebulosa
Despite their massive appearance, great grays are pretty light. Most of what you see on an owl is all poofy feathers. They have large eyes, but small skulls... so they're light, see well but aren't exactly the smartest creatures. And all those feathers? The extra padding is what makes them so quiet when they fly.
