My first Yellowstone trip of 2007 occurred in late March and the start of April. In hindsight, it may have been a bit early to visit the park. The bison were not yet calving, bears
were just starting to emerge and exploration was generally limited to the northern road. Still, the weather cooperated and the park's northern wolf packs were active (if not
quite within photo range). I also had a bit more time to take a few more landscape shots and play with black and white a bit. Enjoy my relatively small gallery of shots from an extended weekend in Yellowstone, and check back later this year for photos from May and July.
