This was my first-ever two week trip to the park. Yes, it took me this long to be able to spend more than a week in Yellowstone. Unfortunately, it was a difficult trip. A long winter made for unsavory conditions, and often times we simply ran into bad luck. That said, it was an excellent trip for birds, and I even had a chance to see the McCullough Peaks wild horses briefly.
