Okay, this may be a bit of a long shot, but I’m wondering if anyone is planning a visit to Costa Rica later this year, or knows someone who is. I have a free two night stay at the Lapa Rios Lodge that I probably will not be able to use, and I’m happy to give it to anyone that can actually use it!
The stay is for two nights for one person, but a second person (roommate) can be added for the cost of the food at the lodge. The main caveat is that the stay must be used in the “low season,” which starts in September.
Lapa Rios is located on the Osa Peninsula, one of the best places for wildlife in all of Costa Rica and not far from Corcovado National Park. It’s a great place to look for monkeys, sloths, anteaters, birds and even cats (like this puma cub I photographed on the peninsula).
