2018 Nature & Wildlife Calendars
Photo calendars make for nice, inexpensive holiday gifts for the nature lover. My calendars are designed to emphasize the photo, which measures a full 11″ x 11″ each month (even though the calendar only takes up the usual 11 x 17 wall space). It’s like having a new, beautiful large photo print to look at every month.
I’ve published nine calendar themes this year. There are five new themes with all new photos, and four Classic themes, featuring the same photos as last year’s version:
- Yellowstone: The one theme I bring back each year with all new images.
- Owls: The third edition of a popular theme, with new images of 12 different wild owl species.
- Great Bear Rainforest: The second edition of this theme, with new images of wildlife and scenery from the BC coast.
- Patagonia: The second edition of this theme, featuring new photos of wildlife and scenery from southern Chile and Argentina.
- Red Foxes: A calendar devoted to the red foxes of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem.
- Little Yellowstone: A Classic calendar, bringing back the same images as last year’s theme, featuring cute and furry side of the park.
- Yellowstone Wolves: A Classic calendar, featuring photos of wild wolves from myself and fellow photographer Steve Hinch.

Yellowstone Bison Shirts
Our Yellowstone bison shirt has been a popular item the last couple years. This features the classic design of a bison throwing an ignorant tourist. It’s the same design that’s been used on Yellowstone safety brochures for decades (the design is used legally on these shirts, in case you’re wondering).
We are now offering the bison shirt in both classic Yellow and a more mellow Sand shirt color, in both unisex and “women’s” styles. Bison shirts are printed to order, so fulfillment may take a bit longer.

Peterson and MindShift created this updated design, complete with three separate compartments, for nature photographers needing to carry a lot of gear in the field. This bag fits lenses as large as the 600mm f/4, is well constructed and has a number of innovative features and accessories. This bag has only been used once in the field. The MindShift FirstLight 30 L is a medium-sized photo pack designed for the outdoor photographer.
